In Google Earth nachgeflogener Flug mit einer Ka8b am Segelfluggelände Kirchzarten. Kein spektakulerer Flug, zeigt aber die technischen Möglichkeiten des heutigen Computerzeitalters. Leider nicht ganz flüssig, da mein PC nicht mehr der schnelste ist. Führung der Kamera übernimt IGC Flight Simulator (http://www.ywtw.de/)

Google Earth has a hidden (Ctrl & Alt & “A”) Flight Simulator. Here I fly in and around the town of Yulan, NY. There is an abandon runway that I know of from my quad rides through the trails. Another destination is the Apple Orchard. The landing is a little scary, but it’s all fun and games on the flight sim.

A glitch in Google Earth which is spawned by crashing upside-down in the flight simulator. The glitch is that the earth is basically turned upside-down (the horizon is at the bottom of the screen, not at the top)! There is no way of regularly tilting the earth so that the horizon is at the bottom.

The Google Earth Flight Simulator f16 HUD looks like something out of a comic book. I went and changed some things here and there, the results are pretty good.
